At Grassroots Enterprise, we combine the best of cutting-edge Internet technology with high-impact communications to build movements that make an impact. What does this mean, in plain English? In a nutshell, that means that we help clients:
- Develop an overall campaign strategy -- we help clients determine specific, measurable end goals, and from there, develop an overall campaign plan to get them there -- that include message development, audience analysis, creative design, communications strategy, political strategy, content creation, ongoing research and analysis, etc.
- Build sophisticated websites -- ranging from small five-page microsites to complex, thousand+ page enterprise-level sites
- Place those sites on our back-end applications.Grassroots Multiplier®, which enables automated personalization and customization (i.e., enables visitors to avoid digging through layers of stuff to get to what's relevant), the creation and moderation of rich user-generated media, and a host of other sophisticated features.
- Engaging them over time via a variety of online communication techniques, including, of course, email (***this is the step most people leave out, but it's the most critical)
- Monitor the online universe -- news sites, blogs, the social media, etc. -- to figure out how our client or its issues are being perceived, and actively shape that perception.
- Create and execute online programs that drive stakeholders to join our client's campaign (through paid advertising, buzz building, viral marketing and earned media)
- Work with our 50-state field network to find "grasstops" influentials -- individuals with unique relationships in key markets that we can leverage
- Engage them over time via a variety of online communication techniques, including, of course, email (***this is the step most people leave out, but it's the most critical)
- Build in-depth behavioral profile of each stakeholder, and identify mavens (or Multipliers) in the mix
- Spur stakeholders to take action we want, measure results in real real-time, and ajust the campaign as necessary
While some clients look to us to conduct entire campaigns, others hire us just to do one piece of this -- and we're happy to work in that capacity. Examples of such engagements might include:
- They need a website built in a week to support a product launch
- They are looking to use our back-end application, and don't need our campaign services
- They want a social media audit
- They want to find 20,000 people who care about their issue/product/cause within the next four weeks.
