Website Design: Turning a maze into amazing for AFFI
Web design trends are consistently in flux. Aesthetics evolve. User preferences change. But at its core, websites are solidly bound to usability, regardless of the external factors. Grassroots Enterprise is an expert in building engagement and advocacy websites to serve larger organizational and corporate communications programs and initiatives.
The Development Process:
The cornerstone of our successful work is the rigorous adherence to a web development process that holds usability, functionality and site goals as the most important priorities, all while consistently incorporating client feedback and addressing client concerns. Our process begins with a comprehensive planning phase, which aims to achieve full articulation of the driving principles behind the client's website and how it integrates into their overall goals. See the "Before & After" sample below of our recent work for the American Frozen Food Institute:

The planning process provides enough detail to ensure the client is happy with the new direction before we employ one of our accomplished designers to fully realize the new look and feel. Experienced web developers will then build the new site and make it available as needed for testing. Once tested and launched, Grassroots Enterprise is available to manage the ongoing error free existence of the new site. This process usually takes about 6 weeks from planning to site launch.
The priorities for excellent website design change as user behavior evolves but the Grassroots Enterprise planning process does not change, ensuring that clients with a need for a website redesign are certain to get an amazing experience.

GRE seized the coming of the 2006 winter Olympics to demonstrate the power of combining creativity and technology.
To advocate for voting rights for the District of Columbia, GRE drew comparison to other U.S. territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam who have their own Olympic teams, and established a DC Olympic Curling Team to make a bid for participation in the quirky sport at the Games in Turin, Italy.
